SELLING
My house didn’t sell. What now?
Look at the evidence before choosing another price or another launch date.

Reconstruct the campaign
Collect asking-price history, showing activity, feedback, offers and the homes buyers chose instead. Days on market alone cannot tell you whether price, exposure, condition or timing caused the result.
Look for a pattern
Few showings can prompt a review of discoverability, pricing and access. Showings without offers can prompt closer attention to condition, presentation and buyer expectations. These are questions to investigate, not diagnoses.
Change something that matters
A new listing date is not a strategy on its own. Identify what will be different: preparation, photos, positioning, access, terms or price. If the property is still represented, work through the existing agreement and broker before making a new representation plan.
This is a starting point for a conversation. Property, financing, tax and legal details need individual review before you act.
How does this apply to you?
Tell Enrique what you’re considering. We can put the relevant options side by side and identify what needs to be confirmed.
