Let’s review the circumstances before deciding on a listing referral. Start with a general scenario—no homeowner identity required.

A CLEAR HANDOFF. A CONSIDERED NEXT STEP.
I can evaluate a potential listing referral, help review the value and equity picture, and discuss how financing, timing and contract terms may affect a sale. My mortgage experience dates to 2005; the initial review is about understanding the circumstances, not promising an approval or an outcome.
With the homeowner’s permission, we can agree on useful updates so you remain informed as the referral progresses. Homeowners can speak with me in English or Spanish.
